Communication is a key part of the restorative team and we welcome honest feedback from our clients. Personal service and knowing exactly who is doing your work is important. We make every effort to provide personal, quality service to the dental community which we feel marks a stark difference to that of a mega production laboratory. In contrast to a “Mega production” laboratory where any number of technicians can be working on your cases, when you send work to us you will know exactly who is doing what and can call any time to speak to that technician about the case. You and your patient will benefit from regular and open dialog between Dentist and technician regarding your case.
Craftsmanship: Quality in both materials and manufacturing is paramount. True craftsmanship these days is not only more difficult to find in any industry, but a lack of it in the dental industry we feel will undermine the health and vitality of the very smiles our clients strive to restore.
Artistry: Restorations without a thoughtful and artistic eye may not affect the health of the patient’s smile, but we are convinced it does affect the confidence and enjoyment of the patient’s new smile. With out the artistic component, patient acceptance rates decrease.
Trust: We treat each case as if it were for our own family. If we would not accept the work in our own mouths, it will not leave the lab! Many of the restorations we create can and do smile back at us in the community! One of the highest compliments and signs of trust we receive is when our clients request that we complete a case for their own smiles or for those of their family members. We want our clients and their patients happy with restorations that disappear in the mouth.
